I'm not a Bytebrother..Yet. I stumbled across this site when some stoned hippies came across a "Test Pattern". They were so excited by the image that we had to have them "Put to sleep". They did not, however, notice the highlighted lines BELOW the pattern. Just read about the RANT. I couldn't stop from reacting about those things stated there. I'm basically speaking for Linksys. True that some of their techsupports are from the Philippines. But that does not mean that they are not equally capable as the Americans. I dealt with them several times, and they are just great, patient and knowledgeable. Of course, in any call center, there really occur as somebody who isn't that knowledgeable enough. But fortunate was I to be able to deal with them and get excellent support
